The Portico Collection strives to bring fresh, new quality products to the Dallas marketplace. Our core business is better gift and decorative accessory accounts. We take pride in being a successful multi-line sales organization with a strong moral and ethical foundation. Above all, we enthusiastically utilize our sense of style and sales and marketing abilities to have fun and make money!
Dee Gleboff, Principal founded The Portico Collection in October of 1993 with an original showroom located in the Dallas Trade Mart. Dee finds great pleasure in scouting out new and different products to bring to the Dallas marketplace. Dee has helped launch many startup ventures including Christopher Radko, Timeworks, Murval, and Votivo Candles and loves being part of their success story. Prior to founding The Portico Collection, Dee was a buyer for both Horchow and The Bombay Company. Dee takes pride in owning a showroom that is known for great products, great people and great ethics. Randa Crisler, Sales Manager joined Portico Collection as Sales Manager in February 2002 with eleven years of related industry experience. Prior to joining Portico Randa spent four years as National Accounts Manager for In-Detail and seven years as a Territory Manager and Training Manager with Kennedy Group (One Coast) both based in the Dallas World Trade Center.
The Portico Collection is located at 576 World Trade Center in the Dallas World Trade Center. Portico has a 7,000 square foot showroom with prime atrium front space on the prestigious “Accent on Five” 5th floor of the World Trade Center. Our showroom is staffed with a professional sales team and we are open daily Monday through Friday and during the four Dallas Gift shows and the 4 major Apparel shows. Our fulltime showroom staff is led by Heather Carrio, Showroom Manager.
The Portico Collection works as exclusive sales representatives in the states of Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. We also work with national accounts such as Neiman Marcus, Horchow, Gumps, Dillards, Room Service Home, The Container Store, Tuesday Morning, Nordstrom’s and many other mail order/chain accounts. We solicit national accounts based on the needs and capability of our vendors.
The Portico Collection has an excellent team of Territory Managers, Key Account Managers and Showroom Sales staff led by Randa Crisler, Sales Manager. Randa joined Portico Collection as Sales Manager in February 2002 with eleven years of related industry experience. Prior to joining Portico Randa spent four years as National Accounts Manager for In-Detail and seven years as a Territory Manager and Training Manager with Kennedy Group both based in the Dallas World Trade Center. Randa also handles select key accounts including Tuesday Morning, Neiman Marcus Last Call Stores, Francesca’s Collection and Garden Ridge. Our Territory Managers are a strong group of independent sales professionals that specialize in sales, prospecting, developing and maintaining long term relationships and consistently “closing the sale”. Cheryl Carrio, Key Account Manager joined Portico colleciton in December 2002. Cheryl specializes in department stores and mail order accounts including Neiman Marcus, Room Service Home, Horchow, The Container Store, Premier Manufacturing, Gumps, United Marketplace and Sample House. Prior to joining Portico Cheryl handled Special Accounts for Kennedy Group for 10 years and worked as a sales rep for Daryl Wright for 12 years. Christine Carle, Territory Manager for Arkansas & Missouri joined Portico Collection in September 2007. Prior to joining Portico Christine was the Arkansas Territory Manager for Two’s Company for 5 years. Christine has a sales and marketing degree from the University of Arkansas. Debbie Foster, Territory Manager for West Texas and New Mexico joined Portico Collection in June 2011. Prior to joining Portico Debbie worked as an independent jewelry rep for 12 years. Debbie owned two retail stores prior to her becoming a sales rep. Donna Singer, Territory Manager for Houston and SE Texas joined Portico Collection in March 2008. Prior to joining Portico Donna worked as a Sales Rep and Territory Manager for Figi for 7 years and as Key Account Manager and Territory Manager for Silvestri for 5 years. Fran King, Territory Manager for Louisiana & Mississippi, joined Portico Collection in January 2008. Prior to joining Portico Fran was the sole proprietor of a design business with projects including construction management, interior design and graphic design. Fran holds a BBA in marketing, has lived abroad, loves to travel, cook and read. Jan Miller, Territory Manager for Dallas and East Texas and Special Accounts Manager for Dillards, JC Penney, AAFES, Michaels, & Lori’s Hallmark, joined Portico Collection in June 2006. Prior to joining Portico she handled Key Accounts with One Coast Dallas for 3½ years. Jan has had the opportunity to live and work all over the world, and has always held jobs in sales and customer service. Kelly Spielman, Territory Manager for Fort Worth/NW Texas joined Portico Collection in September of 2004. Prior to joining Portico Kelly worked for Ramey Faulkner showroom for 5 years. Ramona Duren, Territory Manager for Austin, San Antonio & South Texas joined Portico Collection in January 2008 as an inside sales associate. In March 2009 she assumed responsibility for the South Texas territory. Prior to joining Portico Ramona owned and operated her own business. Tonya Daniel-Johnston, Territory Manager for Oklahoma joined Portico Collection in October 2011. Prior to joining Portico Tonya had 10 years of outside sales rep experience including The Mix, Gift Craft, and Gift Elite. Wendy Buzzard, Territory Manager for Kansas and Missouri joined Portico Collection in November 2011. Prior to joining Portico Wendy had 19 years of outside sales rep experience in the territory. Wendy is a true road warrior and loves working with her customers. | ||||
